We offer a 14 day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, including the 6-month warranty slip. We offer exchanges for alternative items, size and or colour.
Your wristband comes with a manufacturer’s warranty valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please see the warranty slip, shipped with every wristband, this must be retained and included with all wristbands returned for warranty. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, we will require your credit/debit card details to process refunds, as these are never stored by us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable/signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The cost of shipping an alternative or replacement item, which is not being returned under the 6-month warranty, is to be paid for by the customer.
